The 2026 Legislative Session has Started

A Statement from the Conference's Executive Director

Urgent Action Needed: New Federal Scholarship Program Starting in 2027, a 100 percent federal income tax credit will take effect to encourage contributions to not-for-profit scholarship granting organizations (SGOs) to provide for K-12 tuition or other educational services. The U.S. Department of Education has no role regarding these scholarships or funding. We now have to convince our state governor to support this program!
